Please Note: These Terms contain provisions requiring any disputes to be resolved through binding individual arbitration and waiving the right to a class or representative action. By using the Services, you agree to resolve any disputes exclusively through arbitration, thus waiving your right to trial by judge or jury.

2. Description of Services

Through our Website, users can create, generate, and download various outputs—such as illustrations, graphic designs, photographs, and other media—as well as textual content (collectively referred to as “Output”). These outputs are produced based on prompts or instructions provided by you (collectively, the “Assets”). You are solely responsible for the Assets you create and how you use them. The Services are provided as described on the Website and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Unless otherwise stated, any improvements or new services introduced on the Website will automatically be subject to these Terms.

To use the Services, you must have internet access and supply the necessary hardware and associated costs. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Services meet your needs and that you possess the appropriate equipment and software.

3. User Registration and Account Security

To access our Services, you must create an account (“Account”) on our Website by registering with your email address or a supported social media login. Important: You must be at least 18 years old to register.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 4. Service Subscription, Payment, and Renewal

Our Services are available for a fee as described on our Website. To access the Services, you must purchase a subscription (“Subscription”), which includes a defined monthly allocation of tokens that can be used to enhance or transform your inputs. Detailed information regarding pricing, token allocation, subscription duration, and other conditions is provided before any purchase.

Chatrule reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Any changes in Subscription renewal pricing will be communicated in advance, allowing you the option to cancel if desired. Payment is processed through secure gateways; Chatrule does not store or handle your sensitive payment data. In case of a payment failure, we may reattempt the transaction under the same conditions within a few days. Upon successful processing, you will receive a confirmation email.

Your Subscription will automatically renew for successive periods until you cancel it, and any unused tokens will expire at the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may request modifications or cancellation of your Subscription at any time via your Account settings. Such modifications or cancellations will not affect the Services already paid for, which will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Please note that any unused tokens will be reset to zero at the end of that cycle, and fees for past periods are non-refundable unless otherwise mandated by law.

Upgrades to your Subscription will take effect immediately and will be billed on a prorated basis. Downgrades or refunds are not available.

6. General Use and Limitations

Your use of the Website and Services is for personal and non-commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You are solely responsible for any content you generate or actions taken while using the Services. Chatrule will not be liable for any unauthorized or problematic actions that occur as a result of your use.

Under no circumstances shall Chatrule or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Services. If you experience issues with our Services, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

7. Modifications and Termination

Chatrule reserves the right to change or discontinue any part of the Services without prior notice. Any updates to these Terms will be posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Delaware, USA, without reference to conflict of laws principles.
